Huntington Hills Application Refund Policy

Huntington Hills Residents

• The Application Fee can be refunded immediately after the sale of the Huntington Hills Residence.

• The Application Fee can be refunded after two years of non-membership to HHRC. Payment will be issued after Memorial Day of the second year. (See Note 1.)

Nonresidents

• The Application Fee can be refunded immediately after termination of membership. (See Note 2)

All refunds refund requests must be in writing and posted to the following address or E-Mailed to the Membership Chairman.

Note 1:  By leaving your Application Fee with HHRC you support a neighborhood recreational facility for the youth of our community. These monies are used to startup the pool in the Spring prior to receiving any membership revenue, forecast next years membership, and provide funds for emergency purchases.

Note 2: By leaving your Application Fee with HHRC you reserve a membership space for use in the future and support a neighborhood recreational facility  for the youth of our community. Please note that we limit nonresident membership to prevent overcrowding.
